m/m BARE DIE FEEDER
The new feeder will process 24 or 32mm tape widths and features a patented unique soft touch delivery technique for handling bare die as thin as 50 microns.
This innovative feature presents the bare die to the picking nozzle in such a delicate manner, that it alleviates any damage to the die. It has successfully processed 12 x 6mm x 50 microns thick bare die.
The feeder is very device friendly and will provide increased productivity by presenting good bare die to the placement machine for a successful application.
