| PUNCH TAPE FEEDER |

DTI's Punch Tape Feeder transports metal tape via an air driven shuttle
to the pick-up position. A punch/die set removes the part and presents it
to the pick-up nozzle, simultaneously cutting the scrap ends of the tape.
These ends are then transported out of the feeder via a belt. Also
available, to support the metal tape punch feeder, is an automated
splicing/bonding station that provides for trouble-free continuous tape
feeding. |
